TV Reception Problems

Many TV reception problems are the result of equipment or installation issues and can often be resolved by the viewer or with the help of one of Dr Antenna’s expert technicians.

Firstly, check that there is no repair work being undertaken in your local area that may be affecting your transmitter. This is unlikely if all TV channels have suddenly reduced in quality.

If your TV reception has deteriorated gradually, or has been poor for a while, you should check that your equipment is working correctly. Check your TV, DVD and antenna. Faults or shortcomings in a TV receiver, VCR, antenna or antenna lead can cause TV reception problems. Make sure your TV antenna has not been moved, broken or blocked by a large object.
